Facebook users will have to get used to yet another homepage layout change. Many will dislike it but, with time every one will come to love it.
Today Facebook rolled announced its new front page design. This design will feature real time updates, which according to Facebook will hopefully “Put them ahead of twitter”
The old system that they used for updates used to take hours to update on all of your friends homepages. But now with the new system (which I am assuming is Ajax based) the updates will appear instantly.
Personally, I don’t need to get my friends status updates instantly. Well, actually at the moment with all the photo tagging and comments I get updates and notifications plenty fast.
Do you realy think that this new system is realy nescicary?
