To help you avoid Murphy’s law here are some quick tips on how to backup your data. When even the smallest thing fails you want to make sure that your crucial data is always safe.

There are many ways of backing up your data, small and inexpensive such as putting files on a flash drive or expensive and complex as hiring professionals to do this job. The one you will probably that will give you the best of both worlds, cheap and secure will probably be on line back ups.

One of the better services out there is iBackup. Its easy to use and is actually pretty cheap. They also have extensive support for all operating systems, so whether you use windows, Apple OSX or Linux they have an easy to use program to guide you through the process and schedule automatic backups.

iBackup has a very easy to read FAQ section that shows how to use their program in each of the operating systems. All you have to do is download the program input your username and password and then set up a backup schedule and your done. Easy as pie.
