And the Winner is: Google Docs

In a recent interview with Dave Girouard president of the Google enterprise division it was said that Google docs may take over Windows Office to become the number one office suite in the work area.

Google says that with their comprehensive array of office applications and the stability of Google apps more and more businesses will be switching to Google docs.

Google also admitted that docs is “much less mature” then other Google applications such as calendar and Gmail.

But all this is about to change.

If you owned a business would you use Google Docs exclusively? Leave a comment below.

Youtube is now in HD

YouTubeHD-vertical

YouTube has always had the HD button in just about every video for a while now, but that wasn’t true HD. Before now YouTube has only supported a max of 720p which is still considered HD by most. But starting next week YouTube will begin allowing users to upload and view videos in 1080p true HD.

What does this mean? Every YouTube video uploaded in HD will be able to support 1080 vertical “lines” this means that videos will begin to display much clearer. Unless you are watching youtube videos on your TV you most likly will only see a slight improvement in quality and a much longer load time.
